My client is a Chartered IFA practice that offers true financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients. Due to expansion of the team, staff progression, and increased clients, they require a Financial Planning Administrator to join the team.
You will mainly support the team of financial planners by:
- Preparing valuation reports
- Maintaining internal databases
- Processing new business
- Handling internal and client queries
- Navigating and transacting on financial providers\’ websites to obtain policy information
You will work alongside other administrative staff and paraplanners. To be considered, you must have an understanding of the market and compliance requirements, manage your time effectively, and be highly organized. A commitment to personal development and enhancing your technical skills is essential.
Excellent systems and IT knowledge are important, ideally with Adviser Office and standard wrap platforms. Candidates currently working within a financial planning team, supporting advisers in similar duties within an IFA practice, are preferred. Industry-relevant exams are desirable but not essential.
