Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a fast-growing service provider to professional offices across the UK. They have created a new position of Head of Sales to join the team, this role will report into the CEO and lead the sales team to drive new business across the UK.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • To lead, manage, and develop the Sales Team to meet agreed sales targets, and executing agreed marketing strategies.
  • To report regularly to the CEO with progress towards the target, and other sales-related matters and to lead weekly sales meetings where Directors may be present.
  • To execute the agreed sales development strategy with the use of the agreed tools and budgets set aside for this, including making best use of Hubspot for tracking and reporting.
  • To arrange completion tender applications, PQQ’s and RFP’s etc in line with agreed commercial offerings.
  • To attend/lead sales presentations for large prospects.

Key skills and experience required:

  • You will be an experienced new business development professional with proven experience of managing a team to sell products or services into professional office clients.
  • You will have experience of writing tenders and delivering presentations.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot.

This role offers an excellent competitive salary circa £70,000-£80,000 plus a car or car allowance and OTE at circa £100k.
