Wright Health Group is a leading distributor of dental materials and equipment with companies in the UK, South Africa and the US. Excellent business systems and technology are core to this continued expansion both internally and externally with our customer and market facing solutions which bring market leading benefits to the dental practices we supply. This is a high-volume, fast-moving web-based ordering environment for customers where excellent service levels, order fulfilment rates and reliable delivery are essential. The key processes which support this are managed through the company’s ERP system, SAP and our customer portal MyWrightPlace.
The Group Business Systems & Technology Manager will play a key role in shaping Wright Health Group’s technology strategy, working closely with senior leaders to deliver solutions that drive real commercial value across the business and customer‑facing teams. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, innovation and growth.
A new S4 Hana upgrade to SAP allows opportunities to exploit new areas for the business and our customers along with associated technologies & partners.
- Experienced technology leader able to build strong, credible relationships across the organisation.
- You are a technology enabler; someone who can engage multiple business areas – with technical and non-technical stakeholders – to drive business benefits through the application of innovative technology solutions.
- Experience working with a major ERP system (SAP or similar).
- Experience working with web-based, customer facing technology in high volume.
- Strong project management capability with a focus on the delivery of IT projects with cross‑functional teams.
- A strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and how technology enables them.
- You’ll be curious, innovative and passionate about technology; you’ll enjoy horizon scanning for the latest technology solutions.
- Strong people‑management skills with experience overseeing multiple workstreams.
