Are you an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a passion for business transformation? We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help shape the future operating model for a major transformation programme.
What You will Do
- Lead and coordinate a small team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation.
- Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping to support a future-state business model.
- Act as a critical friend to stakeholders, challenging constructively and facilitating collaboration.
- Ensure outputs align with strategic priorities and deliver pragmatic solutions at pace.
