Eden Scott Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Glasgow to recruit an Interim Finance Manager on a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and team leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can drive performance, ensure strong financial controls and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Deliver management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Oversee cashflow, treasury and month-end processes
- Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory reporting and governance requirements
- Support strategic planning and financial modelling
- Provide financial insight to senior leadership and board
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CIPFA)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Experience in a regulated or not-for-profit environment desirable
