Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a highly reputable financial services firm to recruit an IFA Administrator & Support professional to join their growing team in Glasgow. The role is full-time and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with strong administration experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, providing clear, accurate and thorough communication.
  • Obtain policy information, product details, quotations and illustrations from providers.
  • Manage new client onboarding from first contact through to the point of investment, ensuring a positive and compliant experience.
  • Process and submit new business applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and proactive follow‑up with providers.
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and annual financial reviews, including product literature, illustrations, forms and agreements.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, adhering to internal procedures and FCA requirements while ensuring all client data is handled securely (including AML and GDPR obligations).
  • Support continual development of internal processes as part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience using iO is highly advantageous, though not essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of investments, pensions and family wealth planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding client service.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including confident use of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Understanding of the needs of Financial Advisers and the regulatory environment in which they operate.
