DRG is a Scottish-owned independent hospitality group with a portfolio of award-winning restaurants across Scotland and the North of England. The Head of Sales will lead the group sales strategy across the portfolio, combining business development, team leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the group sales strategy across DRG's portfolio of brands and locations.
  • Drive pre-booked revenue growth through corporate sales, partnerships, events and group bookings.
  • Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Sales Executives in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Aberdeen.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and key partners.
  • Identify and deliver new commercial opportunities across the group.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams to maximise sales performance.
  • Track, analyse and report on sales performance, pipeline activity and KPIs.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a senior hospitality sales, events or business development role.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong networking, relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work cross‐functionally across teams.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland and the North of England.
