Our leading renewable energy client is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 project across core business functions. This role will drive the delivery of enterprise‑wide change initiatives, focusing on modernising Finance, HR, and wider business support systems. You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational strategy. This is a hands‑on role where strong stakeholder management, structured governance, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams are essential.
What you’ll do:
- Lead complex business and technology projects, including ERP, HR and Finance system transformations
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, resources and dependencies
- Apply the right delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) for each project
- Oversee change management, training and business readiness activities
- Manage internal teams and third‑party suppliers
- Drive successful delivery of MS Dynamics 365–focused initiatives
