Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager to lead and drive critical transformation initiatives for a high-profile organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, multi-workstream change programmes within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideally suited to an experienced PM looking for a part-time contract (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive complex business transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives
  • Own end-to-end change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and adoption planning
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure alignment across leadership, programme teams, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
  • Act as a proactive programme driver, identifying and resolving blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, influencing decision-making and securing buy-in
  • Track and report on programme progress, risks, outcomes, and change readiness metrics
  • Foster a collaborative, delivery-focused environment that supports successful business and operational change

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale business transformation projects
  • Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement at senior level
  • Experience within FMCG and/or manufacturing environments is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes with multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Must be based in Central Scotland (Central Belt) with the ability to attend site when required
