This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, naturally curious, and keen to build a long‑term career within fund administration and investment operations. You will play a key role in the oversight and delivery of core fund administration activities, working closely with outsourced providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, strong controls, and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands‑on, varied role focused on the day‑to‑day oversight of outsourced fund administration processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of key operational activities across NAV production, dealing, and investor servicing. You will work closely with external partners, including Transfer Agents and Fund Accountants, acting as a key point of coordination to ensure service delivery is robust, controlled, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key contact for investors, advisers, and third parties, responding to queries via phone and email and supporting vulnerable clients.
- Oversee and liaise with outsourced providers (Transfer Agents and Fund Accountants) to ensure accurate NAV pricing, trade processing, and adherence to SLAs.
- Support the delivery of critical fund processes including NAV cycles, distributions, and reporting timelines.
- Monitor service provider performance, ensuring compliance with operational controls and regulatory requirements.
- Perform reconciliations across multiple systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage operational correspondence and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and third‑party providers.
- Support the production and distribution of investor communications and fund‑related documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and data quality enhancements.
- Assist with management information reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in operational change initiatives, including regulatory updates and system enhancements.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, or investment operations.
- Working knowledge of fund administration processes, including NAV/unit pricing, transfer agency, and dealing.
