Eden Scott is working with a highly regarded investment firm seeking a Fund Operations & Client Services Analyst to join their collaborative and forward‑thinking Operations team. In this varied and hands‑on role, you’ll help ensure the accurate and timely delivery of core fund administration activities, while supporting ongoing improvements in operational efficiency, data quality, and client outcomes. A key part of the role will involve working closely with external partners such as transfer agents and fund accountants, ensuring service delivery is robust, well‑controlled, and aligned to regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to queries from investors, advisers, and agents via phone and email, including supporting vulnerable customers appropriately.
- Liaise with transfer agents and fund accountants to ensure accurate pricing, dealing, and adherence to SLAs and regulatory timelines.
- Work to strict deadlines across NAV cycles, distributions, and reporting schedules.
- Manage incoming correspondence and coordinate with third‑party providers.
- Perform reconciliations across multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Support the production and distribution of investor communications and fund documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements, data quality enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Assist with management information reporting and ongoing operational improvement.
- Participate in internal and firm‑wide projects, including regulatory and system enhancements.
