Eden Scott has been retained by Christie-Elite Nurseries, part of Fasque Estate, to appoint a new Operations Manager based onsite in Forres, Moray. Relocation support is available.

The successful candidate will take day-to-day responsibility for the forest nursery, plan labour, manage supervisors and seasonal staff, and drive operational discipline in a seasonal, labour-intensive environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to Directors.
