Eden Scott is working with a well‑established and highly regarded Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, providing key administrative support to advisers and maintaining high standards of client service.

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the firm, supporting advisers throughout the full client lifecycle. The position offers exposure to a wide range of financial planning activities and the opportunity to develop within a reputable advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing and processing client documentation, including new business, reviews, and valuations
  • Managing client records accurately using CRM and back office systems
  • Liaising with investment platforms, providers, and third parties
  • Handling client enquiries professionally via phone and email
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • Supporting meeting preparation, including suitability letters and reports
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in a financial services or IFA administration role is essential
