Eden Scott’s client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join their small, friendly team in the heart of Glasgow on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of experienced Financial Advisers in a dynamic and professional environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by providing essential administrative support. From preparing client reports to managing diaries and handling investment processing, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a small team of Financial Advisers with day-to-day admin tasks
- Generate client valuations and process income, investments, and transfers
- Prepare client meeting packs and reports
- Manage diaries and arrange client appointments
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update client records using systems including Intelligent Office (IO)
- Welcome clients to the office and provide general office support (filing, printing, etc.)
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous admin experience in an IFA or wealth management setting preferred
- Understanding of financial services or wealth management
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is a plus
Skills & Attributes
- Strong numeracy and accuracy in processing figures
- Excellent written English and grammar
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- Friendly, reliable, and flexible approach
