Eden Scott are delighted to be partnering with Highland Broadband as they continue to expand their full-fibre network across rural Scotland. We are now supporting them in the recruitment of Field Engineers in the Fort William / Oban area. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and delivering great customer service.
The Role
As part of the installation team, you'll be responsible for connecting customers to Highland Broadband's fibre network and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. Your work will include:
- Soft excavation in customer gardens
- Installing fibre cables through underground and overhead networks
- Clearing blockages where required
- Internal cabling and installing customer equipment
- Testing connections and guiding customers through their new service
- Occasional evening and Saturday work
