Eden Scott is working with a market-leading client to hire a skilled Commercial Lead to join on a permanent basis.

As part of a small team, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of commercial sales activity; you'll have ownership of commercial strategy whilst also driving strong business pipelines and new business acquisition. You'll work with all areas of the business to ensure that sales strategy is aligned to wider business goals as well as ensuring the delivery of key client projects. You'll be the first to industry events and will enjoy engaging with senior and executive level stakeholders within tech.

  • A proven track record of commercial leadership within a technology or digital environment.
  • A passion for sales and new business development, with the numbers to back it up!
  • Knowledge of the Scottish tech market (ideally you'll have existing relationships and contacts within your own network) with the ability to engage with senior and executive level stakeholders in order to sell cutting-edge technology solutions and projects.
  • A strategic sales mindset; with longer term progression opportunities as well as the potential to build a team.
