We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to help scale our client's engineering team in Scotland. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to shape the future of an incredible platform that works to save lives & build out your own new talented team.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience of software engineering, as well as a track record of leading teams
- Superb working knowledge of modern web stacks (React, Node.js, Go, Python), cloud-native architectures, and DevOps tools
- Experience with REST APIs & event-driven architectures is highly beneficial
- A passion for Agile engineering practices, CI/CD, and building scalable B2B SaaS platforms
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to innovate in mission-critical domains
