The Opportunity: We are open to recruitment consultants at all levels, including experienced recruiters seeking to specialise in engineering, as well as motivated consultants from other sectors who want to transition into a technically rich market. Depending on your experience, you will:

  • Build and develop client relationships within manufacturing and engineering
  • Recruit for roles across mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation and process engineering
  • Work with businesses investing in innovation, productivity and digital manufacturing
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to successful placement
