Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a highly reputable legal firm in Edinburgh as we recruit x2 experienced Legal PAs to join their busy, fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised PA who enjoys supporting fee-earners and keeping operations running smoothly. These roles offer excellent variety, hybrid working, and the chance to be part of a respected and collaborative legal environment.
As Legal PA, you will provide high-quality administrative, secretarial and organisational support to fee-earners, including:
- Producing and formatting correspondence, legal documents and presentations using Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF and PowerPoint.
- Supporting team meetings — managing attendance, technology, note-taking and follow-up actions.
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, itineraries and expenses.
- Managing paper and digital storage, indexing and off-site archiving.
- Liaising with internal teams including Finance, Facilities, Reception, IT, Marketing and Communications.
- Providing support to the wider PA group across other teams and offices when required.
Previous PA or Executive Assistant experience is essential.
