In this role, you’ll support the full lifecycle of major offshore wind projects—drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex EPCI contracts and associated documentation. You’ll be a key advisor on contractual risk, liabilities, warranties, indemnities, interface management, and project execution matters, ensuring that agreements are commercially sound and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll contribute to procurement strategies and tender processes, including bid evaluations and contract awards, while providing ongoing legal support throughout construction and operations, including claims, variations, and dispute management.
