Our client is seeking a motivated and organised IFA Support Administrator on a part-time basis to join their small, supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services or IFA administration experience who is looking to develop their skills and progress within the wealth management sector.
In this varied and fast-paced position, you will provide essential administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers. You’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and professional client experience by handling valuations, processing investments, preparing documentation, and ensuring client records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to a small team of Financial Advisers
- Generate client valuations and process income, investments, and transfers
- Maintain and update client records across various systems, including Intelligent Office (IO)
Previous administration experience within an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management environment is required. A good understanding of financial services or the wealth management industry is essential. Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) is highly beneficial.
Excellent written English, spelling, and grammar are necessary. A competent IT user (Windows 10, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, IO) is expected. The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable, flexible, and professional.
