Eden Scott is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm as they look to appoint an experienced Client Support Executive – Financial Planning to support their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join a professional and supportive environment, where you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to both advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing client review packs, valuations, and documentation
  • Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and track cases
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
  • Supporting the client onboarding process, including AML/KYC checks
  • Managing client correspondence and responding to queries
  • Updating back-office systems and monitoring pipelines
  • Assisting with diary management and preparation for client meetings

Person Specification

  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial services administration role
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Experience using financial back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office, Xplan, Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
