Eden Scott is delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious Financial Services client based in Edinburgh to recruit a talented and detail-oriented professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong credit documentation and regulatory knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse a wide range of credit propositions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare facility and security documentation and manage cases through to completion
- Instruct and liaise with external legal advisors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Bankers and external partners
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with internal procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members based on your expertise
- Support the wider team with additional tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Awareness of UK regulatory frameworks, including CCA and MCOB
- Strong understanding of banking systems, processes and controls
- Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills
