Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading global investment management firm to recruit a Client Relationship Officer. This role is office based and is a maternity cover. Eden Scott is currently supporting a highly respected investment organisation in the search for a Client Service Officer to join their dynamic client experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional to play a key role in delivering a first-class service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring connectivity and effectively managing expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact, navigating internal teams to resolve service challenges and deliver seamless solutions.
- Drive an enhanced client experience through clear, transparent communication and consistent execution.
- Participate in regulatory, platform, and client-related change initiatives.
- Take ownership of the overall client service experience, particularly in relation to implementation activity.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client outputs, including reporting, pricing data, and invoices, by working collaboratively across internal teams.
- Manage operational change requests and communicate progress and completion to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve service issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in client service, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and tools to support client service delivery.
- A proactive and positive approach, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
