Due to continued growth, a leading TPA has a new role for an experienced senior client lead / pensions consultant to manage a portfolio of major Defined Benefit pension scheme clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with deep understanding of DB pension administration and the needs of trustees and employers. While the role is based in Edinburgh, they are very flexible over hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management of several DB pension scheme clients, ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with trustees, employers, and advisers.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden services and support commercial growth.
  • Oversee operational performance, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient administration.
  • Provide leadership to internal teams, supporting development and performance.
