Eden Scott is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a full‑time permanent Administrator for their Office Services Team in Edinburgh.

The Administrator will play a key part in delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support across the organisation. This position covers a broad range of tasks across general administration, reprographics, and both physical and digital mail handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
  • Preparing files for digital processing, including sorting, renaming and distributing scanned materials
  • Managing outgoing mail, preparing letters for print and completing envelope fulfilment
  • Preparing and collating electronic document bundles
  • Assembling meeting papers and binding documents
  • Completing data entry, maintaining spreadsheets and managing electronic filing
  • Converting documents into required formats
  • Supporting registration and data‑submission processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded
  • Assisting with the management of multifunctional devices
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationery supplies
Person Specification

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • A strong team‑focused approach and a flexible, proactive attitude
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong PC skills; full training will be provided on internal systems
