What You Will Do

  • Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
  • Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.

Your Experience

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD and Intune.
  • Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
  • Desirable certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation v4.
