You will partner with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality into every stage of the development process. You will champion test automation, drive best practices, and ensure their products deliver exceptional performance and reliability.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with developers to design testable solutions and integrate testing into workflows.
- Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, API, E2E, performance).
- Develop testing frameworks and tools to improve speed and stability.
- Promote shift-left testing practices for early defect prevention.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback loops.
- Analyse test failures and work with teams to resolve issues quickly.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong experience in automated testing (API, UI, integration, acceptance, unit).
- Proficiency in languages like TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with microservices, cloud environments, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
