Sitting within a central Consumer Duty / Outcomes function, this role will focus on ensuring robust governance, oversight, and assurance of customer outcomes in line with FCA Consumer Duty requirements. As a Manager, you will provide subject‑matter expertise, challenge, and leadership across outcomes monitoring frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory interpretation, supporting senior stakeholders with clear, defensible insight. Key Responsibilities- Provide senior oversight of Consumer Duty governance, ensuring alignment with FCA expectations and internal policy
- Lead and enhance customer outcomes governance frameworks, standards, and reporting
