Eden Scott is delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious Financial Services client based in Edinburgh to recruit a talented and detail-oriented professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong credit documentation and regulatory knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse a wide range of credit propositions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare facility and security documentation and manage cases through to completion.
  • Instruct and liaise with external legal advisors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Bankers and external partners.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with internal procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members based on your expertise.
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Awareness of UK regulatory frameworks, including CCA and MCOB.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, processes and controls.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High level of computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills.
