A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team of a well-established and rapidly growing privately owned construction contractor based in Dundee. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will take commercial ownership of a diverse range of construction projects across Tayside, Angus and Fife. Current works include high-end refurbishment schemes, bespoke luxury housing developments, student accommodation projects, care facilities and significant heritage and cultural developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will manage cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, forecasting, CVRs, risk management and commercial reporting, while working closely with operational teams, clients and stakeholders to drive project performance and maximise commercial outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a Senior role, or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking greater influence and long-term career progression. With significant planned growth across the business, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into more senior commercial leadership positions as the team continues to expand. The ideal candidate will have a strong Quantity Surveying background within the construction sector.
