Conveyancing Paralegal

Edinburgh City Centre

My client is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their small team in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a senior role and we are looking for someone that can support more junior members of the team as required. The firm has a well-established client base and consistently busy workload, with a focus on quality service rather than expansion. The successful candidate will benefit from a low staff turnover environment and the support and supervision of their highly experienced partners and solicitors.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to completion.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Assisting with other work as required.
  • Working closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
