Eden Scott is partnering with a successful UK renewable energy developer as they expand their onshore wind portfolio. We are supporting the search for an experienced Construction Site / Project Manager to lead the delivery of an onshore wind project, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient construction through to turbine installation.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site execution, coordinating civil, electrical, and WTG installation activities while working closely with engineering, commercial, and HSE teams. This is a key leadership position requiring strong technical capability, excellent communication, and a proven track record delivering complex onshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site construction activities to programme, budget, and safety standards
- Manage construction schedules, resources, and sequencing
- Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with UK engineering and quality requirements
- Oversee contractor performance and resolve site‑based challenges
- Drive coordination meetings and support contract and change management
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local stakeholders
