Eden Scott is pleased to support Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace, one of Scotland's most prominent legal firms, to recruit a Solicitor at Associate or Partner level within their expanding Commercial Property Department. An exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing high-value clients across Scotland.
Employing over 120 people, providing a full range of legal services for both individuals and businesses, RCCW have grown to become one of the largest full-service firms headquartered in Aberdeen. Their branch network stretches across Aberdeen City and Shire with offices in Banchory, Ellon, Inverurie and Stonehaven. With extensive experience in the North-East property market, RCCW boasts one of the largest property networks in the area. Applicants should currently be at Associate or Partner level and possess experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, including but not limited to, the sale and purchases of commercial properties, standard security and related funding agreements, property and development work – acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.
