Eden Scott is working with a market-leading client to hire a skilled Business Development Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • As part of a small team, the successful BDM will be at the forefront of commercial sales activity; working with the CEO to build a strong pipeline and target new business acquisition.
  • You'll work with all areas of the business to ensure that sales strategy is aligned with wider business goals and ensure the delivery of key client projects.
  • You'll have a passion for technology; you'll be the first to industry events and will enjoy engaging with senior and executive level stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of sales and new business development, either from similar BDM roles or Sales Lead/Management posts.
  • Knowledge of the Scottish tech market (ideally you'll have existing relationships and contexts within your own network).
  • The ability to engage with senior and executive level stakeholders in order to sell cutting-edge technology solutions and projects.
  • A strategic sales mindset; you'll have the ability to spot new opportunities as well as the tenacity to acquire them.
