The Job
This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for any candidates with a seaborne or marine engineering background who want to move into a software / IT position. Are you someone who has been working offshore but wants to take up an onshore position? Do you have a strong interest in IT? Do you have an appetite for learning & curious mind? What you’ll be doing
- Translating operational marine requirements into software & digital processes
- Act as Product Owner for suite of software products
- Maintain product support via Digital Customer Service Portal in line with SLAs
- Resolve user & client issues with product & provide training
- Managing stakeholders & software testing phases
What you’ll be learning (experience with any beneficial but not required)
- Freshdesk ITSM / CRM
- Creating PowerBI reports
- Manual functional & regression testing
- Process mapping in MS Visio or Nintex Promapp
