Eden Scott’s client is currently seeking an experienced and organised Client Services Administrator (Wealth) to join a growing wealth management team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone currently working in IFA Support, Sales Support, or Wealth Administration who enjoys being at the heart of the client journey and supporting advisers to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the advice process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and first-class service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Prepare and process new business, valuations, reviews, and provider correspondence
- Liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with FCA and compliance standards
- Support sales activity through effective pipeline and workflow management
- Assist with reports, illustrations, suitability documentation, and review preparation
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales
About You
- Proven experience in Wealth Administration, IFA Support, or Sales Support within financial services
- Strong understanding of wealth management products (investments, pensions, protection)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and advisers
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with back-office systems and providers is highly desirable
