Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a leading global investment management firm to recruit a Client Relationship Officer. This role is office based and is a maternity cover.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring connectivity and effectively managing expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact, navigating internal teams to resolve service challenges and deliver seamless solutions.
  • Drive an enhanced client experience through clear, transparent communication and consistent execution.
  • Participate in regulatory, platform, and client-related change initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the overall client service experience, particularly in relation to implementation activity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all client outputs, including reporting, pricing data, and invoices, by working collaboratively across internal teams.
  • Manage operational change requests and communicate progress and completion to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve service issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long‑term improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in client service, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and tools to support client service delivery.
  • Proactive and positive approach, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
