Are you an experienced Estimator ready to take the lead on high-quality tenders and play a key role in a growing business? We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join a collaborative commercial team, taking ownership of the full tender lifecycle while helping to secure profitable, strategically aligned projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the preparation of accurate, competitive tenders
  • Managing bids from enquiry through to submission and handover
  • Producing detailed take-offs, pricing and risk assessments
  • Maintaining a clear and organised pipeline of opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with contractors and clients
  • Supporting project teams with structured handovers
  • Mentoring junior estimators and driving best practice

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong estimating experience in painting & decorating or a related construction trade
  • Solid understanding of drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with estimating software, CRM systems and Excel
