Our client, a leading independent law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of business-critical systems by contributing to the analysis and design of a significant case management system consolidation project. As part of the delivery of a landmark project, the successful BA will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the operation of one of Scotland\’s most recognisable businesses.
Requirements
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work across a variety business areas.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
Highly desirable:
- Experience as a Business Analyst within legal, professional services, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with case management systems or similar workflow platforms.
- Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with AI tools, CRM systems, or records management platforms.
- Understanding of legal operations or law firm structures.
- Business Analysis certification.
