Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a Scottish owned fast- growing, independent hospitality group with a portfolio of restaurants situated in Scotland and the North of England.

They have a robust sized marketing team and looking to add an experienced individual who will support the Head of Marketing in delivering the sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing the fast-paced project, promotions and timelines for campaigns in the department, ensuring the team are on track with content and stakeholders are timeously aware of campaigns and promotions within their restaurant locations.

A new role has been created to join the team and we are seeking a Brand Manager.

We are looking to recruit a commercially focused marketing manager to join their team.

You will be an experienced all-rounder – covering promotional campaigning, digital marketing, e-crm, customer journey and learn new platforms with ease. A background in B2C is essential; being hospitality, leisure or e-commerce is advantageous.

The company have core platforms to support their activities and harness their booking platforms, CRM and data and looking for someone with strong technical skills, being quick to understand platform set ups and maximise the functions. Soft skills will also be important – there are many stakeholders and departments to liaise with from sales and reservations teams to restaurant based managerial staff. To assist you’ll have designers, creatives and a digital team there to create content, copy, ideas and collateral as needed.

This is a very fast paced, but exciting environment to work. It’s a family-owned business with a proven track record. They have 11 brands to manage, meaning an interesting and varied workload. There is never a dull day!

Skills and experience required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2C marketing
  • The ability to project manage marketing tasks across a number of work streams.
  • Organised, entrepreneurial and adaptable; willing to take measured risks and able to quickly identify and utilise key insights to help the brand and business evolve.
  • Strategic and analytical – able to see and chart the big picture vision as well as the key milestones along the way.
  • Results driven – anchoring initiatives around clear goals with measurable outcomes.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other relevant field. Alternatively, an extensive proven track record in B2C marketing.
