Eden Scott is delighted to partner with a highly successful Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh to recruit a Banking Operations Administration Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, playing a key role in the smooth and efficient running of Banking Operations. The role is well suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process a range of banking transactions
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing a high level of service and support
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve operational efficiency
- Assist with checking Money Market and Foreign Exchange confirmations
- Check and release interest tables, sterling payments, and currency payments
- Monitor and coordinate the secure storage of records
- Liaise with managers, banks, colleagues, and dealers on key operational issues
- Update and process client account entries accurately
- Maintain and action diary boxes and pending files on a daily basis
