The Opportunity
I am partnering with a well-known organisation in Edinburgh seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant with strong QuickBooks expertise to assist in overhauling financial processes and develop a \'QuickBooks Playbook\' for future training.
Your Role
- Analyse and understand current financial workflows
- Create tailored QuickBooks templates to streamline processes
- Propose improvements that align with QuickBooks best practices
- Provide strategic insights to enhance efficiency
Who We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience using QuickBooks in a finance role is essential
- Strong process knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvements
- Available to start immediately
