As (Senior) Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal guidance and support for a range of corporate and commercial matters while ensuring compliance and ethics standards across the division. You will make a real impact in how the business operates and provide strategic legal advice in a fast-paced, international environment.
The ideal candidate will have a valid license to practice and corporate commercial experience gained either in-house or within private practice. It is advantageous but not essential for applicants to have experience working on international commercial contracts, technology development contracts, and intellectual property licensing.
A strong salary is accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes private health care, company pension contribution (10%), minimum annual leave of 33 days plus flexible and hybrid working.
