An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful developer delivering quality projects across North-East of Scotland.

Working as part of an established commercial team, you'll take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.

This role offers the opportunity to join a well-respected business with a strong land bank, secured pipeline of work, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

You'll manage the commercial delivery of residential developments from site start to final account, overseeing budgets, valuations, cost reporting, subcontract procurement, payments, and variations.

Working closely with operational teams and supply chain partners, you'll monitor project performance, drive value engineering initiatives, maintain robust cost controls, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, NHBC standards, and commercial best practice.

The successful applicant will currently be a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant level QS with the desire to develop their professional skills and progress.

We welcome applications from Quantity Surveyors across a range of sectors including PQS experience.

Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of cost management, subcontract administration, and commercial reporting.

Full UK driving licence required.
