About the Opportunity
This is a client-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for clients looking to buy or sell residential property. You will play a key part in managing the sales and purchase process from first enquiry through to deal-in-principle, working closely with the conveyancing team. The position offers excellent scope for someone with experience to take on important responsibilities and be an integral part of a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to discuss property sales and purchases
- Carry out appraisals and promote the firm's services effectively
- Provide quotations and prepare property listings, schedules, and marketing materials
