About the Opportunity

This is a client-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to buy or sell residential property. You'll play a key part in managing the sales and purchase process from first enquiry through to deal-in-principle, working closely with the conveyancing team. The position offers excellent scope for someone with experience to take on important responsibilities and be an integral part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to discuss property sales and purchases
  • Carry out appraisals and promote the firm's services effectively
  • Provide quotations and prepare property listings, schedules, and marketing materials
  • Arrange and manage property viewings and respond to enquiries
  • Handle buyer interest, offers, and negotiations
  • Support clients purchasing properties by reviewing documents and advising on strategy
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including file opening and data entry

About You

You will be an experienced and personable property professional who is confident in both negotiation and client care. You should have a background in residential sales or purchases, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused role. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide clear, professional advice. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general web-based tools is important, and familiarity with estate agency or legal case management systems would be a plus.
