We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their award-winning dining operation, renowned for its focus on quality Scottish produce, impeccable service, and warm hospitality.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, and room service offerings, ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team while driving service excellence and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the day-to-day operation of Blackwoods restaurant, championing a focus on high-quality Scottish produce and delivering an exceptional, tailored guest experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
  • Oversee daily F&B operations across Blackwoods, the hotel bar, breakfast service, and room service.
  • Curate and manage the restaurant's wine and beverage lists, including our Scottish whisky selection, ensuring staff are fully trained on pairings and recommendations to drive upselling. xiskglj

  • Proven restaurant management experience in a high-quality or fine dining environment
  • A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and service standards
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Scottish Personal Licence desirable
