Eden Scott are delighted to be partnering with Highland Broadband as they continue to expand their full-fibre network across rural Scotland. We are now supporting them in the recruitment of Field Engineers in the Fort William / Oban area. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and delivering great customer service.
The Role
- As part of the installation team, you'll be responsible for connecting customers to Highland Broadband's fibre network and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
- Your work will include:
- Soft excavation in customer gardens
- Installing fibre cables through underground and overhead networks
- Clearing blockages where required
- Internal cabling and installing customer equipment
- Testing connections and guiding customers through their new service
- Occasional evening and Saturday work
What You'll Bring
