The business is continuing to grow and is investing in its support function to ensure strong operational delivery and regulatory excellence.
You’ll work closely with advisers and internal teams, supporting the end-to-end client process from new business submission through to ongoing servicing. The firm uses established systems including Intelligent Office and SharePoint to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient case progression.

- Preparing advice packs, application forms and supporting documentation
- Submitting requests for information to financial providers
- Processing policy amendments, adjustments and new business applications
- Maintaining accurate client records across Intelligent Office and SharePoint
- Completing AML (anti–money laundering) checks
- Basic understanding of financial services regulation and compliance
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
